Tamarind Retreat Reservation policy
In order to confirm a booking, we ask for a two-night non-refundable deposit
For a booking of three or four nights, full prepayment is required.
Upon check-in we authorize the remaining amount of your stay on your credit card. However, payment will only be done upon check-out, along with your spa bill.
Late arrivals, early departure and no shows will be charged 100% of the room rate, therefore travel insurance is recommended.
For bookings during peak season (December 20 - January 10) payment must be completed one month before the check-in date. We require the two-night deposit upon the initial reservation, and we will contact you again five weeks before check-in to make the rest of the payment.
